ضبطت وزارة الصحة، بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة، مقيماً مخالفاً لمزاولته مهنة صحية دون ترخيص والترويج لبيع دواء خاضع للرقابة وغير مصرح به للبيع، يُستخدم لحالات الإجهاض تحت إشراف طبي، وذلك ضمن جهودها الرقابية المستمرة لحماية سلامة المستفيدين، والتأكد من الالتزام بالأنظمة الصحية المعتمدة في المملكة.

وأكدت الوزارة اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق المخالف في منطقة الرياض، إذ صدر بحقه حكم بالسجن لمدة 6 أشهر وتغريمه مبلغ (100,000) ريال، وذلك وفقاً لنظام مزاولة المهن الصحية ولائحته التنفيذية.

وتواصل وزارة الصحة جهودها الرقابية لرصد الممارسات الصحية المخالفة، وتعزيز الامتثال للأنظمة الصحية المعتمدة في المملكة، داعيةً المجتمع إلى الإبلاغ عن أي ممارسات صحية مخالفة عبر مركز الاتصال الموحد (937)؛ بما يسهم في حماية الصحة العامة، وتعزيز سلامة الخدمات الصحية.

The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the relevant authorities, has apprehended an expatriate for practicing a health profession without a license and promoting the sale of a controlled and unauthorized medication used for abortion under medical supervision. This is part of its ongoing regulatory efforts to protect the safety of beneficiaries and ensure compliance with the approved health regulations in the Kingdom.

The ministry confirmed that legal actions have been taken against the violator in the Riyadh region, resulting in a sentence of 6 months in prison and a fine of (100,000) riyals, in accordance with the Health Professions Practice Law and its executive regulations.

The Ministry of Health continues its regulatory efforts to monitor health practices that violate regulations and to enhance compliance with the approved health regulations in the Kingdom, urging the community to report any health violations through the unified contact center (937); contributing to the protection of public health and enhancing the safety of health services.
