علمت مصادر، لـ«عكاظ»، أن إدارة النادي الأهلي تدرس عدداً من الخيارات الفنية ضمن استعداداتها لفترة الانتقالات الشتوية في حال توفر السيولة المالية الكافية، إذ تعمل اللجنة الفنية بالنادي على إعادة تقييم الوضع الفني للثنائي الأجنبي الإنجليزي إيفان توني والفرنسي اينزو ميو، في إطار خطط الإحلال والتجديد، ووفقاً لأولويات الجهاز الفني وحاجات الفريق.

كما بينت المصادر أن اللاعب البلجيكي ماتيو دامس سيكون ضمن القائمة المرشحة للمغادرة من صفوف الأهلي خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية القادمة، في ظل محدودية مشاركته خلال النصف الأول من الموسم، وعدم تحقيق الإضافة المرجوة للفريق.

يذكر أن الأهلي تعاقد مع المهاجم الإنجليزي إيفان توني والمدافع البلجيكي ماتيو دامس خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية من عام 2024، وحقق الثنائي مع الفريق النخبة الآسيوية وكأس السوبر، فيما انضم لاعب الوسط اينزو ميو إلى صفوف الفريق خلال صيف العام ذاته وحقق مع الفريق كأس السوبر. ‏
