أعلنت جمعية الأدب المهنية أعضاء أمانة جائزة جمعية الأدب. وضمت القائمة الناقد الدكتور عادل خميس بوصفه أميناً عاماً للجائزة، بالإضافة إلى الدكتورة فوزية أبو خالد، والروائي عبده خال، والدكتورة سعاد المانع، والشاعر أحمد الملا.

وكانت الجمعية أعلنت جائزتها سابقاً، وذكرت أنها تهدف إلى «دعم الإبداع الأدبي السعودي، والاحتفاء بالمتميزين في مختلف الحقول الأدبية، في سياق تعزيز حضور الأدب في المشهد الثقافي الوطني، وفتح آفاق أوسع أمام الكتّاب والشعراء والباحثين لتقديم منجزاتهم في بيئة احترافية تُقدّر الجهد الإبداعي وتثمّن أثره الثقافي».

الدكتور عادل خميس تمنّى التوفيق لأدباء وأديبات الوطن في فروع الجائزة السبعة (جائزة الإنجاز التي تقدم لشخصية العام الأدبية، وجائزة الشعر، وجائزة السرد، وجائزة الدراسات الأدبية والنقدية، وجائزة سفراء الأدب، وجائزة المنشأة الأدبية، بالإضافة إلى جائزة العطاء الأدبي وهي جائزة تكريمية لداعمي القطاع الأدبي في المملكة). ولفت إلى أنّ استقبال الأعمال المرشحة سيكون عبر المنصة الرسمية، التي تضم شروط المشاركة وأحكامها وكافة التفاصيل المتعلقة بالتقدم وسير عملية الفرز والتحكيم.

The Professional Literature Association announced the members of the Secretariat of the Literature Association Award. The list includes critic Dr. Adel Khamis as the Secretary-General of the award, in addition to Dr. Fawziya Abu Khalid, novelist Abdu Khal, Dr. Suad Al-Mana, and poet Ahmed Al-Mulla.

The association had previously announced its award, stating that it aims to "support Saudi literary creativity, celebrate distinguished individuals in various literary fields, in the context of enhancing the presence of literature in the national cultural scene, and opening wider horizons for writers, poets, and researchers to present their achievements in a professional environment that appreciates creative effort and values its cultural impact."

Dr. Adel Khamis wished success to the nation's writers in the seven branches of the award (the Achievement Award presented to the Literary Personality of the Year, the Poetry Award, the Narrative Award, the Literary and Critical Studies Award, the Literary Ambassadors Award, the Literary Institution Award, in addition to the Literary Contribution Award, which is a honorary award for supporters of the literary sector in the Kingdom). He noted that the submission of nominated works will be through the official platform, which includes the participation conditions, regulations, and all details related to the application process and the sorting and judging process.
